ADA transition plan

The overall goal for an ADA transition plan is to provide access to all. Therefore, the City of Maple Grove has developed a draft plan to make the sidewalks and trails within the public rights-of-way, public buildings, and transit facilities more accessible as outlined in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

The City of Maple Grove is seeking input from the public on the draft plan to support accessibility for people using its facilities. As it is being finalized, the public is invited to review the draft version of the plan (PDF).

Submit comments John Hagen, City of Maple Grove ADA coordinator, by 4:30 p.m. on June 12, 2023. Any comments provided may be incorporated into the final version of the plan and will help the City of Maple Grove identify key areas for improvement, including curb ramps, sidewalks, traffic signals, public buildings, and public transit.

If you need a reasonable accommodation, assistance, or require more information, email John or call him at 763-494-6364.
