Voting by mail is very easy. You can apply online for a ballot, and it will be mailed to you. Read the instructions that come with your ballot carefully.
Non-registered voters will need a witness when they vote and complete their ballot. The witness can be either a registered Minnesota voter or a notary. They must sign the statement on the signature envelope and provide a Minnesota residential address or affix a notary stamp.
Mail the ballot and forms back right away after you finish. Absentee ballots must be postmarked on or before Election Day.
